2. Use of Our Website

• Copy or misuse content, code or materials available on our site.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information required for projects.
• Approve, review or respond to materials in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the right to use any content (text, images, videos) shared with us.

4. Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made as per the agreed project schedule or invoice terms.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Online payments are processed using secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay.
• Late payments may delay project delivery or result in temporary suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All design, development code, graphics and materials remain our property until full payment is made.
• Upon full payment, rights to completed deliverables are transferred to the client (unless otherwise agreed).
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools, plugins, APIs, hosting services or platforms. We are not responsible for downtime, updates, price changes or issues related to third-party providers.

7. Project Timelines

All timelines are estimated based on the project scope. Delays can occur if:

• Client approvals are delayed
• Requirements change midway
• Technical dependencies or access details are not provided on time

8. Revisions & Changes

Minor revisions are generally included in the project scope. Major changes, additional modules, redesigns or scope expansion will be billed separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue or business opportunities.
• Website downtime caused by hosting providers or third-party platforms.
• Security breaches caused by weak passwords or compromised third-party systems.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Warranty

We provide a 15-day warranty window for bug fixes or adjustments after project delivery. After this period, all support or modifications will be billed as per our service charges or AMC plan.

11. Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Invoices remain unpaid.
• There is misuse of our deliverables.
• Terms of engagement are violated.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the project or service agreement with written notice. Payments made for completed work or ongoing tasks are non-refundable.

13. Portfolio Rights

Unless specifically requested in writing, we may feature your project in our portfolio, case studies, marketing posts or demos to showcase our work.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted here with the latest revision date.
