Web Professionals India offers services such as website design, development, branding, automation, consulting and related digital solutions. All deliverables are provided electronically through online channels and not through physical shipment.

2. Mode of Delivery

Depending on the project or service, deliverables may be shared via:

• Email (design files, documents, access details, reports).
• Project collaboration tools (project links, assets, credentials) as agreed with the client.
• Direct deployment to hosting servers, domain accounts, or platforms specified by the client.
• Online meetings / remote sessions for handover, training or walkthroughs.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated timelines for each project are mentioned in the proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the client. These timelines depend on:

• Scope and complexity of the project.
• Timely sharing of content, approvals and feedback by the client.
• Dependencies on third-party platforms (hosting providers, domain registrars, APIs, etc.).

Any changes in requirements or scope can impact the agreed delivery time and may require a revised timeline.

4. No Physical Shipping

We do not send or courier any physical goods, printed materials, hardware or physical media as part of our standard services. All communication, execution and delivery are handled online.

5. Access to Delivered Work

After completion of work, delivery is considered successful when:

• The website or application has been deployed to the agreed hosting environment, and access has been shared.
• Designs, files or credentials have been emailed or made available in shared drives or project tools.
• The client has received login credentials, links or documentation as per the agreed scope.

It is the client’s responsibility to safely store login details, access links and backup copies of materials once shared.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

• Issues with hosting providers, DNS propagation delays or server downtime.
• Technical issues in third-party platforms, APIs or integration services.
• Incorrect or outdated email addresses or contact details provided by the client.
• Client-side technical limitations or restrictions.
