Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all digital services provided by Web Professionals India, including website design, development, branding, automation and consulting. We do not sell any physical products.

1. Nature of services

All services provided by Web Professionals India are digital and customised according to the client’s requirements. Once a project begins, significant time and resources are invested toward planning, designing, coding, and communication.

2. Refund policy for digital services

Refunds are not available once the project has started or any part of the work has been delivered.
Advance payments made to start a project are non-refundable.
Work already completed (designs, code, strategy, consultation, revisions, setups, integrations) is non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any consultation or planning efforts already done.

3. Refund policy for digital access or subscriptions (if applicable)

Payments for digital tools, templates, subscriptions or online access provided through our systems are non-refundable.
If duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded.

4. Payment gateway charges

Transaction fees charged by Razorpay, banks, or payment gateways are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Cancellation policy

A client may request cancellation of a project at any time. However:

Completed work will be billed in full.
Payments already made will not be refunded.
If cancellation is requested mid-project, the client must settle all pending invoices.

6. Project delays due to client

No refunds will be issued if a project is delayed due to:

Late approvals from the client.
Delay in sending content, images or required materials.
Scope changes or additional requests by the client.

7. How to request a refund (only for valid cases)

For issues such as duplicate payments or accidental over-charging:

Include your name, mobile number, invoice number, payment date, and transaction ID.

Refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days after validation.
