These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DocuTracker ("the app"), a document tracking application for iOS and Android. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
DocuTracker lets you store and organize documents and their metadata, receive local reminders before documents expire, optionally back up data to your own Google Drive, and optionally use AI-assisted scanning to extract document details.
Some features may require a paid subscription, purchased through your app store account. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the store provider and are subject to their policies. Subscription status is checked via your store entitlement.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer it for unlawful purposes, using it to violate others' rights, or interfering with its operation.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that reminders, backups, or AI extraction will be error-free or uninterrupted. Always verify critical dates and document details yourself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including lost data, missed renewals, or expired documents — arising from or related to your use of the app. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
